 The Law Office of Ana-Maria Carnesoltas, P.A. is a boutique litigation law firm that provides consultation on a variety of legal issues and legal representation at trial, as needed.

General Civil:

• Drafting of contracts and review of contracts which the client has  considered signing or has already signed.
• Litigation of contract disputes, whether the client is being sued or     considering suing.  Contracts include, but are not limited to:  real estate purchase-sale agreements; mortgage documents including those involved in actions for foreclosure; contracts for the purchase-sale of personal property; loan documents; residential and commercial leases; insurance policies; and any other document showing an agreement between two parties.

• Dissolution of Marriage
• Representation in dissolution of marriage actions with or without property and debts; with or without children; cases where the spouse is either incompetent or the spouse’s whereabouts are unknown; cases where the marriage was fraudulent or a sham.
•  Paternity
• Representation in cases where the parties were not married but have children in common to establish the legal rights of the parties over the children.
• Representation in cases child support cases involving the  Florida Department of Revenue or outstate child support claims.
• Parental Kidnapping and Interference with Parental Rights

• Representing clients in need of an Injunction Against Domestic Violence or who have been served with a Domestic Violence Injunction.
